Job Summary
Responsible for the direction and control of the company’s daily operations for the branch
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all branch employees in all aspects of branch operations
Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and EBITDA targets
Overall responsibility for employee staffing levels and hiring/termination decisions
Lead person responsible for growth of branch business as well as identifying new areas of potential business
Responsible for ensuring that company policy is followed by all branch employees
Expected to represent the company at industry functions, engage in marketing activities with existing andpotential customers
Work closely with executives to ensure branch goals are in strategic alignment with corporate goals
Responsible for personnel and department corrective action plans and discipline
Skills/Qualifications Required
5 years managerial experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry required
Hands-on experience of inspection and/or laboratory work strongly preferred
Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills required
Working Conditions
Office Environment – Terminal/Facility Visits Probable – Work and After Work Social Events Possible
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, Ability to multi-task and handle high stress levels
